These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkak platform and all its services. By accessing the tkak website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms have been written in plain language so that users in Bangladesh can understand them easily. In case of any ambiguity, the interpretation of the original document shall be final. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the tkak platform, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request necessary documents for age verification, and we reserve the right to suspend any account at any time in cases of doubt.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture. If any of your details change, please notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Login & Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your tkak account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. tkak is not responsible for any loss caused by a third party if you have not taken proper precautions.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

We may complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or large transactions. This process may require submission of proof of identity, address, and payment method. Transactions may be delayed or suspended if the required documents are not provided.

3.3 Account Balance

Your account balance will always be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Casino currency or virtual points are not considered real money unless a direct conversion facility is available. Account balances are non-transferable.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the tkak platform is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from your own payment method. Deposits via third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawal processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal funds will only be sent back to the payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

We reserve the right to verify any transaction. If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, the relevant transaction may be suspended and further information may be requested. Completed transactions are generally non-reversible.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not accepted. Currency conversion and cryptocurrency are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkak offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Or if you deposit ৳34,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times), calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus (৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000).

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds must be used within a specified time limit.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus may be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing winnings made with bonus funds.
• tkak reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

tkak's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6.1 Software & Game Results

All games on the tkak platform are powered by certified software providers. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unpredictable. Fair play is our core commitment.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to an internet disconnection, power outage, or any other technical issue during play, tkak generally determines the result of that round according to the system record. If there is any dispute, please contact our support team.

6.3 Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet on that event will be voided and the stake will be returned.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with real dealers. In this section, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the result will be determined based on the recorded game data.

In the event of any of the above violations, tkak reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. The relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team for this. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure at tkak's Initiative

tkak may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended period of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If you do not log in to your account for a long time, it may be marked as inactive. Please contact the support team to ask about the policy that applies to the balance of inactive accounts.

tkak provides its services "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. tkak's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruption
• Errors in third-party software or hardware
• Unexpected system maintenance or downtime
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the value of the transaction in question. tkak is not liable for indirect losses.

The key points are: we use SSL encryption technology; your information is not sold to third parties without your consent; some information may be shared in a limited manner for KYC and legal requirements.

tkak reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be given via your registered email or through the platform. If you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
